Refund Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling for stays at our Bhakt Niwas locations.
The contribution made for room booking is utilized for the maintenance of our Bhakt Niwas locations, including Pandharpur, Omkareshwar and other kshetras. However, we understand that travel plans may change, and the policy below sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how many days before your arrival the cancellation request is received:
15+ days before arrival
of the booking amount
7 – 14 days before arrival
of the booking amount
Less than 7 days before arrival
amount will be treated as a donation
2. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule your stay are subject to room availability. Please contact the office at least 7 days prior to arrival so we can assist you in moving your booking to a suitable date.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or a reschedule, please call our office directly. We do not currently process cancellations over email.
